Aravan Evi Boutique Hotel in cappadocia & Restaurant aim to serve all meals in their best natural state. It is important for our customers to have a scrumptious yet healthy food.
As a result of this, we grow our fruits and vegetables in our own Eco Garden(farm). It is located within a walking distance from our hotel, between the fairy chimneys.
You can visit our garden during your stay in Aravan Evi. You may also want to experience picking your own fruits and vegetables with us, to be prepared and served at your lunch and dinner table. Please note that these activities are only available in summer.
All foods ingredients served at Aravan Evi Restaurant are picked from our Eco Garden, and real Cappadocia home cooking.

We offer two different menus for our guests in our restaurant. These include the famous Turkish village cuisine, the casserole which is cooked in our tandir (oven on the ground), local round Turkish bread, soup cooked in tandir with bulgur.
